Tehran - an Iranian court has sentenced to work an American man for the CIA and he sentenced death Monday, the radio said.
The Iran complained that as a former US Marine, Amir Mirzaei Hekmati receive special training and served on military bases in the United States in Iraq and Afghanistan before the Iran title for his alleged intelligence mission.
The radio report did not say when the verdict was issued. There, he must under the Iranian Act of 20 days to appeal.
Hekmati, 28 years old, was born in Arizona. His family is of Iranian origin. His father, lives in Michigan, said his son is not a spy for the CIA and visited her grandmothers in Iran, when he was arrested.
The State Department requested his release.
The Tribunal sentenced him work with a hostile country, belong to the CIA and try to accuse Iran of involvement in the report Monday said terrorism.
